At the Fourth National Forum on Independent Courts and Free Media: Counteracting Misinformation, which took place online on July 1, 2020, as supported by the EU Project Pravo-Justice, experts discussed the following topics: what European best practices in counteracting misinformation are, how one may prevent fake news becoming arguments in court trials, and how to strike balance between freedom of speech and control over the outspread of bogus stories and fake news.

We came to a conclusion that a significant part of our activities could be still implemented, even by working remotely. In principle, our main task is to deliver expert opinions, to develop concepts, strategies, training curricula, and this intellectual content can be produced also while working online. Of course, there are still such deliverables that have to be physically implemented (f.e. signage for Model Courts), but a majority of activities can be continued.

On 29 April, experts from the EU Project Pravo-Justice held a webinar "Access to Justice for Vulnerable Groups of Court Users" for representatives of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, National School of Judges of Ukraine and about 250 representatives of the judiciary from all over Ukraine.
