The Project is looking for a service provider ensuring the Electronic Document and Data Management System implementation at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with taking into account the results of implementation in the pilot region.
Mediation in Ukraine may soon receive an important boost when the Draft law No. 3504 on Mediation enters into force.
