Panel discussion “Achievements and Prospects of Ukraine in the Court Decisions Enforcement” of the III International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings continues its work. PEO from Serbia, international expert of the EU Pravo-Justice Project, Damir Site noted that the state must ensure the enforcement of judgments so that they do not remain just an illusion. The right to have a court decision enforced is one of the unalienable human rights. He emphasized that most European countries are in transition to the private enforcement system.

The second session of the III International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings "PEO as a Business Project" started. The moderator of the session is the Senior Partner of L.I. GROUP Law Company Mykola Kovalchuk. According to him, this is an extremely important event for the entire legal market, providing an opportunity to discuss all topical issues. "The institute of PEOs has been introduced in Ukraine a year ago, and this year we can share market problems with government officials. This bilateral dialogue is extremely important," Mr Kovalchuk emphasized.
The competition for 39 positions of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) judges has started. The deadline to submit the documents is September 14.
At present, about two candidates are competing for every position of a judge of the HACC. For the next six months, the country will watch the formation of the authority, which the Ukrainians have long been waiting for, the international experts have been demanding, and the politicians have been promising.

The Delegation of the Bailiffs Chamber of Lithuania met with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and discussed topical issues relating to the enforcement system in Ukraine.

Corruption in Ukraine has long become something proverbial – everyone seems to be vigorously struggling with it, but the results look less than promising so far. It seems that despite many new authorities created, NABU and SAPO making their activity visible on a daily basis, sometimes even towards each other, but the society and international experts are stubborn in their disbelief of changes.
