Today we are presenting the package of changes to legislation for the Heads of regional councils of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine:
- Enforcement reform that promotes economic and business growth
- Private enforcement officers as an independent profession
- Effective supervision and checkup of private enforcement officers
- Improvement of business processes in the enforcement of court decisions
The proposals were developed by a joint working group of international and national experts of the EU Project Pravo-Justice as well as other international donors.
