Survey concerning an analysis of the implementation process of the Civil and Commercial Procedural Codes in Ukraine

The EU "Pravo-Justice" Project invites colleagues from the Ukrainian Bar Association to participate in a survey.

The survey concerns an analysis of the implementation process of the Civil and Commercial Procedural Codes in Ukraine, as well as its interim results.

The project's international experts have developed a questionnaire containing 58 questions, which for convenience of the participants of the survey are conditionally divided into several thematic blocks:

• quality;
• the role of the parties and their lawyers;
• the role of the court;
• procedure;
• settlement and alternative dispute resolution.

The information and feedback received from the representatives of the legal community within the framework of this survey will be the subject of a thorough analysis, which will eventually formulate conclusions and recommendations for the further development of the judiciary in Ukraine.
